Gallo 1
The announcers are HORRIBLE!! There was a hand where 2 players are all in Ah10x vs. AxKx and board was something like 8h3hJxQx and the announcer said that one of the players had a straight draw and the other guy had a flush draw...only 2 hearts on board and one heart in hand. lolI swear to god it looks like Anthony is about to just fall over in the HU match!!! lol

AAsnake88 0
LOL, yeah I was a little buzzed up by the time we got hu. The interview that is shown somewhere in the broadcast asking me about playing in the wsop was taped some 1.5-2 hours after the final table ended and the boat had been back in port for some time and I had more than my share of champagne by then, so yeah, I was wasted. And yes, the commentators could have done just a little better. The production co. also screwed up on the graphics with the chip counts saying that I was from the Jacksonville boat, which I've never been on, only been on the Canaveral boat.As for how I got from 100k to 600k, I shoved my 2bbs and nobody called, then shoved like 3.5bbs and nobody called, then shoved 5 bbs at 25k/50k no ante and doubled thru Debby (who said "somebody has to see what u are doing this with") I had like K high vs her Q high. She didn't like me too much.
Vick12 0
Episode 7: Charlie Lin busts out, and is asked how he'll spend the money: I'll probably give it all back to the casinos. LOL!MarkLoooooool.....the funniest part of that is....I thought the only word he knew was "patient"....

Omaha Hi/Lo 0
Sooooo from the explination of the format, this isn't like a normal freeze-out tournament is it? You win a satellite and then get to play in the freeze out. Interesting... but prob the only way they can do it in order to fit all the players on one ship. Also, was the structure this nuts throughout or just late? The announcers were bad but what do you expect - fav line: when seat 9 ships his 2 BBs with A-A, "Wow, he's not gonna slow play them!" The other interjects, "Slow playing Aces is a good way to lose with them!"

That was awesome to watch, with those terrible announcers, and terrible blind structure :)Anthony did you get to keep the big check? I've always wanted one of those.
AAsnake88 0
Everyone needed to win a satellite of some sort to gain entry, most were $120 freezeouts that paid seats to top 10% (I won 2 of those, took cash for 2nd), and there were a couple dudes that won freerolls at the mall-like the dude that bubbled the ft.The structure had a little bit more play early, we started with 12,500 chips @ 25/50 and 25 min levels.25/5050/100100/200200/400300/500500/10001000/20002000/40003000/50005000/1000010000/2000020000/4000030000/5000050k/100k50k/100k-10k anteand the final level from 3 handed on75k/150k-25k ante--with 2.5m chips in playJax guy reminded me a bit of Larry the Cable Guy. hblask 1
OK, I finished watching, and boy was that some bad coverage. The announcers mostly just uttered exlamations: "oh wow!" "look at that!". They seemed to have no concept of blinds vs stacks. And the woman doing the interviews....lol. Could she ask dumber questions?Anyway, despite the ridiculous coverage, still a very nice win, one that you can carry for a long time.....
dgostate8 0
I can't believe I watched that whole broadcast...painful...nice win though.P.S. I know everybody loved that structure...
timwakefield 68
Unless they want to do a cribs-style piece on your house, it'll be fine to film there. Just sit somewhere where there are plants in the background and it'll look nice (the background will be out of focus anyways).Have you guys seen Doyle's crib? It was pretty funny. pt special 0
this ismby far the worst broadcast i have ever seen, they dont even get the cards right when they display them....am i watching this right, they are 9 handed with a total of 25 big blinds in playhahhahhahaha try to trap with 1.6 big blinds
AAsnake88 0
Well, I didn't have any luck with securing a 'sponsorship' deal in time for the interview to be completed, so I did the next best thing...I wore my fcp cap!The interview was completed this morning, I feel like I could have done better as the questioning was pretty canned but I did the best I could with that. There were a few instances where I went off the cuff and I'm not too sure if they caught it or not, but we will see once they patch the whole thing together. They've promised me that once they get the interview clip together they will post it on youtube, so once I get that I'll post the link and you guys can all have a laugh.AA
mtdesmoines 3
For those who were around FCP general a year ago....you know I won a live touney in FL known as the "World Offshore Poker Championship" on the Suncruz casino boat.I won some nice cash, a bracelet, and a trophy. Some have seen the tv broadcast on various channels in the southeast USA.Fast forward to today...Suncruz has been very generous to me, and given me free entry into their 'World Offshore Poker Championship 2' weekend...this includes the prelim event entry of about $300, and entry to the main event of like $1100 the weekend of november 9-11.I'm grateful for the freeroll they have given me, and think it's a nice gesture. However, the tv company that is producing the show for them this year (it's supposed to be nationwide) has asked to do an interview with me at my home. This is cool too, but I'm not really into doing a cribs thing, as I don't have a cribs quality home, nor am i really comfortable with it. They have been asking for a while and I need to let them know if I will do it soon, but some have suggested that I make a deal to wear a logo for this as I will get a decent amount of tv time and could get a nice price for it. I think I'll get 2-3minutes of time in a one hour show...should I try to make a deal for it?Tell them your house isn't interesting, but you'd like to take them to ... the park, the lake, the shore, ... whatever is cool that is near your place, or is a place you like doing something. They also did a panoramic shot of my block from outside the front of my house, I told them just don't shoot the front lawn because it hasn't been mowed yet this week.
