Is Brad Booth playing the WPT event in Niagara Falls this year, I see he has some charity event in Edmonton late next week, but figure he would play, anyone know? Also, he has fallen off the map of late in the poker world, living in Vancouver. HAs he taken the year off, rumours were that he may have gone busto, but can't believe that.Heading down to the Falls today, so wanted to see if he was going to play, I know Daniel and I think Gus are suppose to play today.

maybe he was sick of poker after playing every day for 14 years or whatever he said on HSP.

That signature makes me chuckle every time.
Yeah every day for 14 years is a bit much. Didn't think he was busto, but these guys play so high that a bad run can put you out 3-4 million easy.Hopefully he is there, he is always fun to watch.

i doubt booth is broke, he's been playing in plo for hours every day on ftp and has been doing decent. he's not playing in the big game though - but i dunno if he ever did.

He is usually playing 2/4 PLO on FTP. I don't think he is busto tho. Most of these guys don't rely on Poker income. They have savings , investments , most of them own different properties and businesses.

Broke is a bad term how about cash flow light... all these smart players have real estate and stocks, etc. Yeah I see him playing 5/10 PLO sometimes 10/20 cap PLO, just use to him playing min. 25/50 PLO or higher.

His drink wasn't a big hit at all...i don't even know if its still in the market. He is obv sick but probably not good with money like many other players. Rumor has it, he was staked in HSP by the owner of Cirque. Finally, he's probably not broke, but if you go from playing 300/600 nl for 1 mil on tv to playing 2/4 PLO, you'd definitely feel broke. Also, maybe it's someone else playing his account, who knows?

No doubt Brad Booth has some sick skills, but from what I heard he has some leaks like buying into small games and just making some ridic huge bets and basically spewing. Also I don't think he has strong money management skills as he used to live in a Bellagio sweet for a good length of time. He may not be busto but I think if he's playing 2/4 and 5/10 plo he probably is'nt robusto either. I hope he's not busto and if he is hopefully he plugs his leaks and comes back strong, he has some sick skills and his personality is really great for poker.
