He's colder than that, now.

When DFW died, Chorozzo made a disrespectful comment, and I slowly willed him into the grave over it. I didn't love Prince less than I loved DFW.

jesus would somebody fucking just die already so we can get a break in the music snobbery here?

Not true. She has admitted to being a casual cocaine user. But her use isn't in the same stratosphere as winehouse.Well, it's sounds like you're informed, then. I think you're 100% right about this. Winehouse was an emotional wreck, who couldn't stay sober enough to complete a tour. She was a great talent I thought ( and I liked her music much more than Gaga), but she was very dark and troubled. Gaga, by all accounts is a workaholic, and is constantly touring, writing and creating. She may end up with a drug or alcohol issues, but I think they will take much longer to come to fruition, and she certainly isn't the self destructive mess that Winehouse was. I think BG just sees her crazy image and assumes that there has to be drugs behind it, but all of her crazy outfits and weird interviews seem very calculated. IF BG wants to lay even money that she doesn't live to 30, I will certainly take it.
Haha, like you're going to make it that long with that huge noggin of yours...

Definitely too soon. I'm certain there are still drugs in her system.

Spartacus (Andy Whitfield).Crazy when someone so ridiculously in shape dies of something other than a traumatic event.
I had a friend pass away of cervical cancer- she was 30. Totally in shape, great health, amazing human being. It was yet another reminder of just how random death can be. I'd say she was worth the lives of 20 "nondescript people"- like, if she were dangling from a cliff and 20 random people were dangling from a cliff and I could only save one or the other, I would've saved her as it was most likely she was a significantly more desirable human being than the 20 randoms. Her vs. 100 randoms, expectation would compel me to save the randoms, but it would still be a hard choice. If you took a society that was free from the pervading delusion that we're all going to live long and die peacefully- then further extract all religious influence from that same society- that would be a very chaotic place. The way you manage your life is entirely different, once you accept the inevitability death and come to understand just how finite 'time' is...
