LongLiveYorke 38
In one of the more horrible stories I've ever heard, the President of Poland as well as much of his cabinet died in a plane crash. Those who died include:The President of Poland, Lech Kaczynski; his wife, Maria; former Polish president-in-exile Ryszard Kaczorowski; the deputy speaker of Poland’s parliament, Jerzy Szmajdzinski; the head of the president’s chancellery, Wladyslaw Stasiak; the head of the National Security Bureau, Aleksander Szczyglo; the deputy minister of foreign affairs, Andrzej Kremer; the chief of the general staff of the Polish army, Franciszek Gagor; the president of Poland’s national bank, Slawomir Skrzypek; the commissioner for civil rights protection, Janusz Kochanowski; the heads of all of Poland’s armed forces; and dozens of members of parliament.http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/11/world/eu...1poland.html?hp

Southern Buddhist 1
I thought it was funny. The whole situation, unfortunate as it is for Poland, pretty much defines irony -- crashing into the Katyn Forest after commemorating Polish deaths in the Katyn Forest. Even one Polish person quoted in the news said, "That region must love the taste of Polish blood."

In a case like this, you have no idea of the tone of voice or how the quoted person feels about it. Are you going to show up at a shiva and tell a couple of Holocaust jokes? In your face, Mercury.w/e, douchclown. You're a ****ing moron for making a joke like this publically. You're a ****ing moron for making a joke like this publically.I understand the sentiment, and I don't support mocking such tragedies, but we all know that BH and SB were just making poor jokes. I'm sure in real life (not internet life) they were both saddened and moved that horrific incident, even if some internet posts didn't necessarily back up those feelings. It's kind of gutless and definitely insensitive. If that's the image they want to portray, so be it. Brvhrt doesn't surprise me (and any comment he might make to say "Oh, I care" is completely nullified by such a crass use of humour), but SB's support did. wtf-ever...I've said my piece on this. CaneBrain 95
That is a terrible tragedy for the Polish people but I have to point out that it is a horrible idea to have that many high ranking officials on the same plane. (that's where you fly someone else's plane to a far location, not a flight with crowtrobot)Right away one of the other guys said: " Dude, the best polish pilot in the world just cashed and killed half their government..you couldn't pay me to get into a plane with a polish pilot..."
