Kadomang 0 Posted April 27, 2005 Share Posted April 27, 2005 He has alot going on right now with WPT just ending his mom moving in to a new house and the world's most expensive casino opening and it just happens that daniel is there poker ambassdor and you'd think he would need to be there every night for about a week(bad time to check into rehab but if he needs than ya)He is one of the hardest working men in poker and he could be burnt out or he could just be saying that the time at wynn is important or anything.Anyway it just seems like the blog is about meeting with Wynn execs. and maybe bout a girl(none of anyones bussiness) and if he is an alcholoic or anything else then it looks like he is getting help so let him deal with it no need for guys like Kevin to come out and make accusations and assumptions cause i am sure he knows shit all about it. I recommend never posting a completely false story like this without confirming it with someone just because it was posted on RGP.2. RGP isn't "gay." If you either A) have a newsreader and filter out the junk (RGP is NOT a site, message board, forum, etc. It's a Usenet group. You normally need a Usenet newsreader to access it, but RGP has a lot of web-portals) or B) use recgroups.com and take most everything you read with a grain of salt (in other words, don't go there believing everything you read, or even half of it) then you'll learn a lot there. I as well as many others (including my staffers at pokertrails.com) all post some meaningful discussion there. Daniel used to post regularly and Howard Lederer has a LOT of great posts in the past. I recommend google'ing for Lederer's posts.3. Even if Daniel WAS going to rehab for this, why are you all so concerned and talking about it? This should be a private matter, as he said in his blog. All of his posts about DN are bad. He hates him. He will spread any rumor he can to destroy DN's reputation. Some woman posted on there saying she saw him at the Wynn casino a few hours ago. Addiction leads to other addictions such as alchohol and worst off drugs, so i wudnt doubt it. He is smart enough guy to get help b4 it gets to be worse, or already has gotten worse.
