I agree with PM. Isiah was the premiere PG in the game, Dumars was a stud in every part of the game. By far the best backcourt in the league at the time. The most recent Pistons had Wallace who can be the best PF in the game when he feels like it and Billups played out of his mind MVP quality basketball (people forget cause he has come back down to earth) and Rip just dropped like 24 a game without breaking a sweat. When their players played like stars, they won the title.
You can make an argument for Isiah being top 5 at the time, but Rash, Billups, Rip, no way. They played great as a unit, but none of them could take over a game single handedly.

Billups did a lot that postseason. Wallace can anytime he wants (I agree with Barkley on this) but he lacks the right attitude/motivation. And Rip can take over games, if he gets a hot hand he is about the closest thing there is in the league right now to Reggie Miller.Just because the system they played then didn't require them to very often, doesn't mean they couldn't.
