Considering the edge DM has in all of this other bets, this bet seems way too close to bet on . I haven't really checked out the lower end guys, so I could be way off. Considering Monkey is making $25 bets where he has a huge edge, it seems odd for him to make a massive bet where he doesn't seem to have an edge.

I'm sure dale has estimated the point totals for every player on either roster, but Serge definitely has the edge at the top end. It'll be interesting to see if DM's depth can make up the ground.

A little independent analysis on this, with no offense intended to either GM. Some of my projections are probably high, some are probably low, but I think when all is said and done that this outline will be pretty close to the actual outcome. Serge's team has more high end (70+ points) offensive talent, which offsets the fact that he's carrying a lot of dead weight in the form of prospects that never panned out and raw rookies not quite ready for the NHL. Dale's strength is in team depth, very few top-end stars but also very little dead weight. This will be a lot of fun to watch all season long.

This is going pretty much as expected with most of Serge's points coming from the same few players.
Last time I checked its still October 7...and most teams have 80 more games to go....

If you believe that to be true, serge, then why are you chirping about Mats Sundin's scoring totals?

Boy, Christmas must have sucked at your house from an early age. "I do not think there is a real santa claus".
Well, lust just say it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't real. It does not seem like a wager DM or Serge would make. No points given either way, no minimum games played, plus the large bet. Good entertainment though if it is real.
