gametime+ table averages

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to figure out what the best way to figure out table selection is. So right now I've been opening PT and GT+ then waiting till I have enough hands to rate people (10+) then pick the tables with 2+ fish on it. IS there an easier way? I know that GT+ puts the table averages on there but how do you use that information? what colours do you setup to say what? thanks for the help.

NOTE: i am playing 2-4 LHE. these numbers change at every level.i use table averages to select tables. Im looking for high VP$IP avg. tables. I set avg. VP$IP>27.5%=green, VP$IP<27.5=yellow. I wont play yellows unless i recognize at least 2 fish in the game.

Hmmm, I've looked at about 50 different tables and after about 2-3 orbits the VP$ is at around 16-17.... every time.... would I have something setup wrong then? because i've seen 30 VP$ but only for the first orbit then it's gone after that.....

I've been playing / watching... limit holdem. .50/1 at party poker....I thought the VP should be +25 quite often but like I said ... 2 orbits and it's at 17%... ?!?!
are you sure you're looking at VP$IP? those tables should often be in the 40% range. give it a few more orbits and see.

That's the limit I play at, and I dont think I've ever seen a table below 20. I try to play tables at 40+, and if you sort by average pot size, and take the nearly full ring game with the largest average pot, I'd be surprised if it's below 30% vpip.
