I'd probably raise the flop to build the pot.

I would have probably raised the flop as well. Set over set you will get all of the money in on the flop. You will also get the option of acting on the turn because he will most likely check to you no matter what card hits. This looks like set over set with the turn action.

There's a flush draw and about 30 straight draws out there. There's more than half the deck that could bury me. Depending on the draw, I might even be an underdog to anyone that calls.
