AhXh? This is read dependent for me, absent a read I fold.Oh, I see the results. Yeah, based on preflop I couldn't really see that either. I would have been a lot more worried about A5 than that.

Not much you can do there. Your money is going in one way or the other, are you really expecting to fold on that board to such a light check-raise? I mean, it's not like he has a bigger stack to be afraid of, and he'll do this with ace high often enough.Well played to the opponent and move on.

I hate shorties. He's not deep enough for us to catch on to this, although the raise from $8 to $27 was a clue.

I'm finding these situations lately are causing more harm then good. I've changed it up a bit when I get aggression from bigger stacks, but he had a decent amount behind him.I've been getting stacked lately on these situation which makes me believe that I'm overvaluing my hand.

I dont think you are overvaluing your hand here. Most players will reraise a larger pocket pair than jacks, especially in a 3 way hand preflop. Those are hands that really need protection.I like your play here, I think this is an ace and a FD or a pair 6s-10s much more often than it is something thats beating you.

That's what I would think too since that's a play that I see a shorter stack making and yes i would assume in a 3 way that another re-raise would happen pre-flop.
