A *HUGE* flaw in pokerstars software is that they allow absolutely anyone- even people without real money accounts- to join the waiting list for a table.Whenever a well known pro sits down, suddenly, the waiting list goes up to 100 people and when a seat legitimately opens up, it takes forever to fill, since the system has to work its way through a billion play money players who signed up for the game.
