Citizen Erased 0
Before I start, let me just say that I'm sure this question gets asked a lot, and I apologise if it's beginning to annoy people. I'm just really split on this decision.I've been playing online poker in whole for about a year now. I started on the most well-known site, PokerStars with Play Money, when I didn't really take poker seriously. When I did decide to play for Real Money, I had my MacBook, and so was unable to use PokerStars, drawing me to FullTiltPoker, where I've been playing for about 3 months now. However, after using the PokerStars for Mac BETA version, it has been revealed that Mac users should be able to play on PokerStars now using Mac OS server, ie. without installing BootCamp. Now that I have the option, is it recommended I play for cash on PokerStars or FullTiltPoker?I understand that both sites have great playing experiences, safety and endorsements, and see that it's a pretty even balance of the who plays where. I know that FTP has a 100% Sign-Up bonus, which I have now cleared. Does PokerStars have some form of sign-up offer? My main game is $25 cash games, (.1/.25), and I enjoy casual SnGs and MTTs now and then, but cash games are the main.I could go on about evaluating both sites, but I'm sure that you've read enough to give a recommendation. All feedback is greatly appreciated. psujohn 0
$25 NL plays about the same on both sites.FTP allows rakeback which Stars doesn't.FTP seems to crash at a much greater frequency than Stars.FTP is far more likely to have no open seats at your chosen game (depending on when you play) because they have fewer users and the users seem reluctant to open a new table for some reason.Honestly if Stars offered rakeback I doubt I'd ever play on FTP. At the same time I'm not willing to give up Stars completely just because I get rakeback on FTP.
