offsuitbluff 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Share Posted April 25, 2005 possibley the worst hand I've ever played.blinds 1/2four handed.fold to me in small blind, I call. we see a flop.the big blind has about 120, I have about 90 in chipsI hold a K 3 flop is A 5 6 I have the nut flush draw, I check and then the BB bets $20.for some reason I smooth call, then I call another $10 on the turn and fold to an all in when another ace hits on the river.I felt sick after that, immediatly it was a what am i doing type thing.how would you all treat this hand? looking back at it I think its a all-in or fold situation. srblan 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Share Posted April 25, 2005 Conventional forum wisdom says raise with krablar preflop.If you are looking for a real answer, I'd probably have bet out on the flop. If he raises me, it's going to be a tough call, but there isn't really a reason to put him on an ace. Actually, if you'd raised preflop, it might be easier to represent an ace. You are out of position and might not get paid much hitting your flush. I'm not totally against folding to the big overbet on the flop. Link to post Share on other sites
