I think everyone is in agreement that this hand should be played cautiously. Calling and folding are fine, but stacks are deep enough to call the $50 and re-evaluate on the turn. Like it was said, a 5 could be a dream card if he's on some combo straight/flush draw and that 5 helps him. The implied odds here make me lean towards a call. It might even cause him to check the turn and let you see the river for free since you have position.
