rdtedm 0
Could be a weak ace or a flush draw. Checking doesnt give you any information, but neither does betting and getting called. That being said, I don't mind checking behind here and re-evaluating river.
mikeysong 0
it's a small pot and we're facing someone we don't have a read onI'd keep it cheap and check turn and pretty much fold to a river bet.edit: actually i realized its a 20bb potstill, I give up vs unknownsbluffing is risky but it's not entirely stupid. He did limp preflop and that's usually a weak hand.but if you fire turn, you have to fire river. If he's on a draw and hits a higher card on the turn or river (for instance if he had j10s) I'd push him off on the river. Ricer98 0
This type of situation is entirely read dependant for me. I usually base it on the call speed on the flop. If its a real quick call its more often a draw, a nine, or maybe a pocket pair smaller than ours. If he thinks and calls it usually going to be a better hand than ours, most likely an ace with a mid to weak kicker. For a delayed call I'll usually take time myself before checking the turn then evaluate the river. Most of the time with this line I'm folding the river unless its an extremely weak bet. If its a quick call you can take a couple different routes. First would be simply fire another shell, the route I take the majority of the time. Most hands that arn't an ace or draw are going to fold to this second bet. Another line I occasionly take against players who I've seen bluff/value bet fairly weak holdings is to check. If I'm checking the turn after a quick flop call it's to induce a river bluff. So, if the draw misses, you have to be ready to call any river bet up to the pot size. Alot of players will bluff missed draws after you check the turn, figuring you have nothing and were just continuation betting.
Snamuh 0
Generally fold to a river bet, definitely versus an unknown. Many low stakes players will play weak aces and you really don't have much of a hand here.

dbl_j_22 0
I like betting more on the flop, closer to the 2.45 thats in the pot.If he's a calling station, I'll probably fire again with anything better than 2nd pair, so i would probably check down the 77.If he's completely laggy, I might even just check the flop and try to showdown cheap and pick off some bluffs. If he's standard TAG or a nit, ill play the cbet, check down line.
