You have the second nuts, on a relatively safe board. It's unlikely he has exactly KJ, and it's much more likely he has AK, AT, AQ, or some other weird two pair or a set. I'm never folding this, so if you lost, that's just a cooler.

if hero is folding here he shouldn't be 3 betting the river.
Exactly. Don't three bet the river if you are not prepared to get it in here. Obviously, the OP only wants comments on whether or not to call the river here as it is not his hand, but IMO the rest of the hand was played quite badly. I raise the turn here every time. Whilst KJ is definately a possibility here I would not rule out QQ or TT either.

Actually my reason for posting this is what range would you put villain on in this situation? I hate the way this hand was played from hero's perspective. I guess I should have reworded my original posting.
A2, A3, 22 and KJ I think are the most likely, an aggressive player wouldn't have played QT, AT, AQ, or flopped sets like this I don't think. When he puts the last raise in I think he has KJ quite a bit if he is the least bit competent.

If I was the hero, I'd put villain on AQ every time and twice on Sunday. You HAVE to push here.

He said villain is fairly aggressive post flop, is an AF of 2 considered aggressive? If he is aggro post flop no way he has AQ here.
