pokerglory 0
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)CO (t1500)Hero (t1480)SB (t1480)BB (t1500)UTG (t1560)UTG+1 (t1500)MP1 (t1500)MP2 (t1500)MP3 (t1480)Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A. 3 folds, MP2 calls t20, 2 folds, Hero raises to t60, 2 folds, MP2 calls t40.Flop: (t150) 4, K, 8(2 players)MP2 checks, Hero checks.Turn: (t150) 6(2 players)MP2 checks, Hero bets t80, MP2 calls t80.River: (t310) 5(2 players)Final Pot: t310MP2 bets 1360 and is all-in.I'll be the first to admit, I think I played this poorly. I bet 3xBB preflop hoping to get the blinds to fold and the limper to dance - that worked. The flop looked harmless so I thought giving a free card to entice a Kx turn bet would work. The turn presented danger and I definitely don't think I bet enough here.Villain moves all in on the river. A lone 7 completes the straight, there are two pair and set possibilities (seeing as the preflop raise was minimal). It is a cheap tourney and I have no reads on the player - what do you do? sabes99 0
you must bet this flop, you are letting worse hands draw for free and not maximizing value against hands you beat...K-x will pay you off right here, why wait for the turn when he might be able to draw out on you?you should have made a pot-sized bet on the turn imo, that board is kinda drawy esp against a limperfold river
litlebullet 0
mmmmmmkay don't get cute eith aa in a micro sng. i'll almost always half 1/3 my stack in the pot by the turn. I'm raising 4X maybe 5X bb preflop, betting a lil over pot on flop, then shoving or committing myself on the turn that's my standard line. The way you played it you fold river. Cappy37 0
This may be the first time in history a raise to 60 early in a low limit SNG has gotten *both* blinds to fold. That's the most amazing aspect of this hand.As played, I only call that river shove if there is something interesting coming up on television.
silkyjonson 1
You have a limper usually they dont like to fold in these sng's so raise it up to 4xbb minimum I probably pop it 5x and play the hand fast on the flop and turn. As played its a tough spot on the river, but the real mistakes are made before the river in this hand imo.
