AKProdigy 0
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)MP ($8)Button ($6.65)SB ($7.30)Hero ($7.55)UTG ($15.85)Preflop: Hero is BB with K , Q . 1 fold, MP calls $0.10, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.Flop: ($0.30) 5 , 9 , K (3 players)SB checks, Hero bets $0.3, MP raises to $0.6, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.8, MP raises to $3, Hero ?Autoshovel or flat call? Villain seems LOOSE (VPIP ~ 50%, small sample size), Not a clueless donk, just very loose, fairly aggressive postflop. Note: Sorry if some of these hands I post are fairly mundane. Getting sick of the variance of tournies/sng's and trying to build up a cash bankroll starting with a portion of my actual bankroll. Trying to shift from a tourney mindset to a cash game mindset (more standard less creative play i think lol).
Young Turk 0
MP 4-bets it, indicating a set or two-pair at least. On the other hand, it could be a ridiculously overplayed AK (maybe even Aces); regardless, a 4-bet is, 95% of the time, a clear indication of a monster (or at least a hand beating you). I'd have flatcalled his raise to $0.6, or alternately pushed; your 3-bet to $1.8 only functions to allow you to get away from the hand. At such microlimits I'd have most probably jammed it in after he raised to $0.6...and prayed to hit after he showed whatever monster he should be holding...
Scott3705 0
He's most likely on a set here IMO, so I"d flat call and look to get it in on any spade turn and dump the turn if we don't improve. Note: Sorry if some of these hands I post are fairly mundane. Getting sick of the variance of tournies/sng's and trying to build up a cash bankroll starting with a portion of my actual bankroll. I don't know what that means for sure ...
rdtedm 0
Looks like a set of fives/nines. I don't see any other hand that plays into villain's line besides these.
sierradave 0
If I was the villain and I had 67 or 78spades, I'd be playing aggressively like this. I wouldn't be min-raising every time, but the dude clearly is just hitting the raise button rather than thinking about bet sizes. If we call the $3, I think we're committed on any non-pairing turn card. I'd just shove the flop with these stack sizes.
