justblaze's race report week 2

Recommended Posts

Amidst all the "partypoker sucks balls" threads, i figured this was a good time to show everyone you CAN beat morons. I've played 5,135 hands of 2-4 since we started this thing, and im currently cruising along at 3.58bb/100 for a net gain of $736.30 (ive actually made a chunk more than this through the empire and party bonuses this month as well as some 1-2 6max i played because i was tilting and needed to nutbar). So far i havent really run into any big problems. I've had one downswing for a total of 56 big bets, but i recouped all those losses plus an extra 25 big bets in the very next session. It amazes me how many fish are playing at these levels, my buddy list is overflowing. The one thing ive noticed is that 35% VP$IP tables are getting a little harder to find as compared to 1-2. theres still plenty of 28's and 29's though, and its all about isolation, baby. all you need is 2 complete fish to make a table worthwhile. The critiques of my posted hands are helping a lot, im finding many more spots to value bet than i ever thought possible. my VP$IP so far is 19.34, PFR% is 9.56 and AF is 2.74. Heres a few 'interesting' hands from this weekend:------------------------------------------------------------------Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converterPreflop: Hero is BB with [Ad], [Td]. 2 folds, UTG+2 =#A500AF(wrto4556)/ calls.hehe no way wrto gets my blinds. I don't care who it is. An UTG+2 raise isn't exactly a blind steal attempt. Three betting this is horrible and you know it. If an A hits you're getting trapped for a lot of bets.Zara

i was playing under my party account (i usually play under my empire account but i was clearing my party reload) so wrto didnt know it was me. right after he folded i wrote "JUSTBLAZEEEEEEEEEE) in the chatbox and he immediately knew he got played :club:
