Standard line for a big pair:Bet or 3-bet preflop. After the flop, if there's an overcard, make a 1/2-2/3 type feeler bet, and if you're called down or raised, you're probably behind. I don't mind folding after the flop, just don't get married to big pairs when they're likely outdrawn.

As already said. unless I have some sort of a read on the other 2 players I cont. bet that flop. As played I fold the river, I dont see how KK is good there.

I bet the flop and just shut down after that.
I like this play.. and hope for a club on the turn and river

you need to raise a little more pre-flop i thinkthe check on the flop isn't bad, i could go either way, but i think betting about half the pot on the flop might be better...MP's range for calling a re-raise would probably determine the correct play, since if you were heads-up with the big blind you would be betting this 100% of the timeas played, the turn call is finehe made such a small bet on the river, if he has a wide range i pay it off

i agree with above posts, betting the flop is the best play here, if im called im likely shutting down, as for the size of the reraise preflop, i agree3-3.50 is pretty standard and will get you a little more information on the strength of his hand..although given the range youve put him on hes prolly calling with a middle pocket pair 7-10 and most certainly JJ/QQim definitely folding the river here

Put me down for another vote for leading the flop. By checking the flop and then checking the turn, you've basically told your opponents you don't have an Ace. If one of them does, they no longer have you fear your PF raise. By leading the flop you send the message that you're not scared of the Ace because you might have one, which might in turn cause mediocre Aces to fold. The other option would be to lead the turn after the flop is checked through. The fact that they both checked behind indicates weakness, so take a stab on the turn and see what happens. I prefer leading the flop, though.

After two weak bets I call the river since were getting just over 4-1 odds. I'd say we probably have the best hand 1-4 times. If not, we get info of what he cold calls two raises with out of position. It smells to me like a med to big pair. I think if he cold calls with a big A here he probably going to bet the flop or more on the river. No reason to bet so weak with AQ or AK after it was checked around on the flop. Two weak bets here seems like a monster trying to get paid or a hand like JJ or QQ thats afraid of the A, but since no one bet the flop is taking stabs.
