turbos:1. time issues from work. they guarantee i am not tied to the tables for hours. and the buy-in means if i have to walk away i'm not upset about $3.2. the play. these are not the best & brightest of the poker world. i'm pretty sure i have an edge in most of them. doin was told by someone that the 45turbos are soft, and it has been mostly true. sharkscope shows me as making money for 7 straight months, and i LIKE it. sure, not big money, but that'll come once i build & move up a couple buy-ins.

It's a ten cent turbo. If he's got a 9 or ten, he's paying me off. People like to shove once they make a pair on 4 across straight boards.. his check to me signified he required folding with dignity. I'm not losing sleep over it. Hell, I'm not losing sleep over the guy who shoved every hand cracking my AA with 58 off, either ;)And yeah, you put on a show worthy of the rail.

Survived TPTK getting rivered (paying bad price whole way) by a gutshot straight, losing a zillion coin flips, and not being able to steal blinds at all (it's impossible in these, trust me, you need 3 ppl sitting out ahead of you and behind you and a tight button player). anyways.. I'm 10 cents richer.Oh wait, I won 20 bux on the cash tables while making the turbos happen.. so good night.gonna hit the rack.. I got some live tourney poker tomorrow.. $330 buy in KO (50 bux per KO) at the casino. First live tourney for me outside of a bar, so i'm pretty jazzed. 20 minute levels, 3k starting chips, and blinds go 5/10, 10/20, 15/30, 20/40, 30/60, 40/80, 50/100 and such, so plenty of play compared to online.

It's *great*.I had a guy screaming at my table for like 20 minutes after he busted, questioning the morality and daily activities of several people's mothers.. I was laughing to hard to hit the moderator button. Seriously, it's the "feel good" tournament.I <3 people who scream at the "donks" in 10 cent tournaments..
