I got Addicted to shooting pool lately in 3 ways, Practice, playing 9 ball, and going for some strange weird shoots.Another hobby is to hold a card deck, focus, and randomly draw 1 card at a time until i have a community board. put it against one wall at the pool table and focus and throw 3 dices across.cable in pic Got in by accident from my K810Kitchen table representing this time...I had an idea i would like to see happening with pool tables.I have this idea if ya could put a magnet or chip inside the core of the balls and have the table being able to track each balls position and speed accurately then have all that data going into a database and have a cool software for it you could replay matches on pc or any kinda shot and get statistics from it...basically id love to have a table like that myself cuz of some strange shots i make and, replay it and see the data on it. Thought of getting to work on it myself finding some enginer and put a programmer on it but...oh well. hope this technology happens soon.

The technology is being worked on as I was talking to someone involved with one of the major pool table maufacturers a few months ago. They are working on a table that gets hooked on to the internet and can follow the balls movement. It is to enable ANYONE to play against some of the pro's. The way it will work is that you would make a shot - everything is then pushed through the software and at the other end (on another table)... the balls move on their own to resemble your shot so the two tables become identical. The other player on the other end (maybe across the world) then makes his shot etc....
