bdc30 0
My thinking in that hand was pretty much as follows Preflop - gah, I got 3bet, but I'm double suited, BB called too, big pot coming up....Flop - ding ding ding ding - gin flop! At this point I'm seeing the river no matter what. When dude bets $9 in to me, I'm obv willing to get it in there if required - however, that's a significant amount (35bb or so) and the guy behind me has a giant stack - maybe he'll either flat call or if I get really lucky, shove over top if I sweeten the pot. Turn - great, I guess we're gonna need the board to pair now.....i have to call though, $11 in to $55 is a no brainerRiver -

It's clear one of you has a draw and the other has a made hand. So he's only really playing against one player, but for a tasty pot.

bdc30 0
Here's an example of a hand that I wouldn't have raised probably a month ago...I only flatted the turn cuz this guy had pulled a similar move on me a few hands prior and I'd folded to him, so I didn't want to shove and just reek of strength - the only card in the deck that can beat me is an ace, and I have position on the river.Sexy river value bet imo.Full Tilt PokerPot Limit Omaha Ring gameBlinds: $0.10/$0.255 playersConverterStack sizes:UTG: $20.85CO: $45Hero: $25SB: $27.30BB: $5.85Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with K 4 5 Q 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, SB calls, BB folds.Flop: K K Q ($1.95, 2 players)SB checks, Hero bets $1.5, SB calls.Turn: 8 ($4.95, 2 players)SB checks, Hero bets $3.5, SB raises to $7, Hero calls.River: K ($18.95, 2 players)SB checks, Hero bets $9.75, SB calls. Results:Final pot: $38.45Hero showed Kh 4h 5s QhSB mucks 8h 5c 8c Ad

rdtedm 0
I'm not proud of it. But I did it. I played a HUUUUUGE idiot heads up (like, he played 100% of 68 hands we played). However, I lost every single showdown pot we got to in various ways. (Some thin bluffs by me, and some insane luck by him), and ended up dropping 3 buyins at 50PLO. I saw him sitting at a 2/4 table alone with $120, so I bought in $160 and stacked him. Twice! (second of only $70).Result: Ship the $300 evening. I've already made my July goal I posted, LOL.Edit: here is the type of players I was playing:Absolute PokerPot Limit Omaha Ring gameBlinds: $0.25/$0.502 playersConverterStack sizes:SB: $9.45Hero: $59.40Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with SB calls, Hero checks.Flop: :D ($1, 2 players)Hero checks, SB checks.Turn: ($1, 2 players)Hero checks, SB checks.River: ($1, 2 players)Hero checks, SB checks. Results:Final pot: $1Hero Shows Qd Js Kh 4hSB Shows Kc Qh Ks Qc WELL PLAYED KKQQ WITH POSITION AND A SHORT STACK SIRRR

rdtedm 0
I stacked the same guy yesterday again, and he's like"Such a ****ing jokeYou work for APYou play so bad and are so ****ing lucky"So he followed me to another table where I was playing someone else and said"hey, xxx, rdt works for AP"Right after that, the guy won a ~$65ish pot off me, and said"Only part time though"I lol'd. BudBundy 0
lol I played some on AP a few months ago. Deep $50 PLO table (There was only one $50 plo table going) was so ridiculously tight that average but was around $2.Since then everyone tells how good AP PLO games are. I just don't get it.
