qyayqi 11
call me crazy, but i think she's saying she tried to control the pot size & got many bad cards/flops when heads up versus some serious overbetting.
Cappy37 0
call me crazy, but i think she's saying she tried to control the pot size & got many bad cards/flops when heads up versus some serious overbetting. And why she's saying it instead of making naked snow angels in piles of crisp, new, Franklins with "Moneytalks" on the stereo, I'll never know... Your explanation of why you played/were forced to play like you did are v good/insightful.<3well, tyvm. i appreciate it, and intend to be back and posting often again - took a lil break to get things done around the new house i live in.also, ty for the compliment, but the reality of it is that i wasnt trying to be insightful really. its this that makes tournament poker such a huge, frustrating, and often grueling, GRIND. that's what tournament poker is about - situations. not only do u need the right cards, etc. but u need the right situations to arise to give u an edge over the rest to pull thru. sometimes u get these situations, often times u wont. and when ur just not getting them, ur just not going to win. that's poker. although the situations are constantly changing, theres one thing that shouldnt ever change: our ability to adapt and make adjustments whenever necessary to allow ourselves to exploit these situations that we'll encounter in tournament poker.
