jelty 0
I have invested a few hundred dollars in online poker, usually play .25-.50 PLO and PLO8 and NLHE, would it be a good investment to get the two versions of Poker Tracker, or not that great of an investment, IYO? Chris E 0
A more specific question: At what stakes does it become profitable to use it? At the moment I'm grinding at the very lowest stakes, so clearly it would not be profitable for me to use it. If you had to start/or are at low stakes, when would you purchase it? I would assume not far below .25/.50.

ah2388 0
i would imagine that regardless of limit, knowing your opponents is worth it:D

cwik 0
no. All pokertracker does is lets you create graphs to see how badly you've run that tilt you even more.
rogerwilco 0
Oh, so at micro limits it's not worth knowing your opponents tendencies in certain situations?Do you win when you play poker? The question wasn't whether or not Poker Tracker is useful at microstakes but whether or not it is profitable meaning: worth the price.IMO, a player who wants to win and/or improve his game should use Poker Tracker or a program similar to it at any level. You can get it "for free" (more or less) via pokersourceonline, but you probably have to play at least 1/2 LHE to be able to do that.

Chris E 0
Oh, so at micro limits it's not worth knowing your opponents tendencies in certain situations?Do you win when you play poker? You're a dickhead. For some reason I was under the impression that it required a month by month payment. I went to the website and it mentioned only a $55 fee so maybe I am wrong. However, that is still more than my bankroll though a one off payment certainly becomes much more affordable. And obviously, I know the benefits of Pokertracker.

It may sound like a lot to you, but it really is a very well done piece of software and compared to other computer programs it isn't expensive at all. Buy it rather sooner than later when you move up a bit and can afford to spend $55 (or just buy it from outside your poker BR).

rogerwilco 0
PokerAce HUDbtw. maybe someone can answer that question (the pokerace forum is so overcrowded and I couldn't find anything there), and this thread was bascially finished after the first reply anyway, so it's not a hijack. ;)On Pokerstars you can move around your table position, is there a way to make PAHUD recognize this and display the stats accordingly? Also dont start the HUD until you have yourself seated where you want to be.fyi I havent upgraded versions in a while so dont know if they've changed this.
