And every time I had the nuts because otherwise I wouldn't do this.On the river and heads up, both fairly deep, my opponent raises and I reraise, he than reraises an I rerais. The third time he raises I don't even touch my chips and just stare at the guy and verbaly say reraise. He produces a thin smile and also verbally anounces a raise. We just look at eachother with a funny toughguy stare and just keep saying (shouting) reraise while laughing all the way. And after a few more of these antics one of us has to look down at his stack and say:''Well...I guess I'm all in than.''We count out our chips and show the cards. I've had this happen when I had a flopped a straight flush against a turned ace high flush and once when I turned quad's against a fullhouse aces-full. Last time in Vegas i was playing a tourney at the Venetian with a guy similar to your description. anyways he raised 6 times the bb in level 1 and I just go ahead and push. The dude stares me down for at least 3 minutes starts asking me if I am bluffing then says yup your bluffing and calls about 2300 on top of his 300 raise with A10o on level 1 against my KK. well he caught an A so I guess he knew what he was doing.
