RDog 0
I am having issues with Pokertracker and I am hoping someone might know what the problem is. It exports the HH in fine but then every time I go to download new HH in, it still says that I have all the HH from the previous download plus the new ones. Pretty sure I have it set up as I did on my previous computer and the box to move HH is checked. I also compact after each download. Not sure if it is a possible issue with Windows Vista? Any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas on what could be causing that? This question is about the new folder that you have set up to take the processed hand histories.Does it actually exist on your computer yet? (i.e. the *entire* path exists with no misspellings)I had the same problem with PT and eventually discovered that I had slightly mistyped the name of the folder that I wanted PT to move all processed HH to. The path that I typed didn't exist on my computer. PT never gave me a warning or anything and it did not simply *create* the path (as I had typed it in), it simply did not move any processed hand histories.Make sure that your *processed hand histories* folder exists on your computer, the run PT again and see if it works.
