I use epassporte. It may take about a week or two for the card to get verified (which sucks i know), but once it's verified it will work without problem.

FTP accepts visa so don't go third party if you are using them.

Click2Pay is awesome if you're not American. A slight hassle to set up, but amazing once you get it figured out.

epassporte is good and quick. the only problem i had with them is when i had to verify my account. they dont tell you until you go to deposit and you are declined. you send them a copy of your license, visa card, utility bill, and credit card statement. and it takes 7 days for them to verify it.

I tried directly using my Visa at FTP but it was declined same with Pokerstars.

I went to Walgreen's and got a greendot reloadable visa and went through epassporte and deposited with no problem. Only problem is after you purchase, you have to wait 60 min before activating.
