If convicted on the animal fighting venture portion of the conspiracy charge, each defendant faces one year in prison, a $100,000 fine, or both. The indictment also includes a forfeiture allegation seeking recovery of any property constituting, or derived from, proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of these offenses.

anything happens to a black person here in Atlanta and the race issue always comes up.............so this is obv huge........i love this city but there are just so many ignorant people here.......black and white..........but lately the black community has just been ridiculous about trying to turn this into a black vs white battle. Freaking Arthur Blank dedicated MILLIONS to Vick and Vick has done nothing but slap him back in the face. Blank treated Vick as if he was his son.......I'm sure everyone remembers the year Vick was hurt and Arthur Blank on the sidelines pushing Vick around in his wheelchair. Vick just never grew up and assumed the role of leader like other great QBs have.......Manning, McNabb, Brady...........its sad too because the moron has/had so much potential but he let the Falcons and the whole city down. I don't get why the black community here is supporting him. If I were black i would be PISSED at the way he has represented in his stay in Atlanta...............ok, back to poker......
