rdtedm 0
Any reads on villain? If he's somewhat tight I'd probably dump it. No sense in getting married to one pair on a super-coordinated board.Hero's next move is to slap villain for making a min-raise.
simo_8ball 0
Hero shoves. It's not really close IMO. Villain paid the wrong price preflop to hit a set, so stacking off here isn't -EV. It also sets the tone for the rest of the game that you can't be pushed around.
beforetoday4 0
There is no read on the Villian. It was the first hand of the night, and I had never played with him before.I did indeed shove, and he turned over Ac4c for a flopped wheel.I just don't see how I can put him on A4 when he cold calls a $40 SB raise with two people to act behind him.Oh well, just didnt turn out to be a good night overall. sdc12303 0
you played the hand right. There is just so many hands he would min raise you with that you have beat.
NoBBiR 0
I probably call and see a turn card. If it's dangerous. it's easier to dump, if not, you were going to go broke on the flop anyway right? I hate getting married to Queens.
BlubsRoyal 0
I put him on pockets, maybe 10's or lower. Calling $40 raise with A4 oop? he gambled well.Either way i would have called the extra $70 for sure and see what he does on the turn. But you got the information you needed, just hope it didn't cost you all your money.
