DrawingDeadInDM 0
the longest lasting woman is a ho. no surprise. She's really good, too. She plays high limit (10/20 and 20/40 NL, 100/200 and 200/400 LHE) and is succesful. And Kenny Tran is one of the top 5 NLHE cash game players--live, anyway. Kinda embarassed no one mentioned him. bmtphs05 0
Scotty coming back, baby.Scotty Nguyen Doubles Through Ryan ElsonRyan Elson fired out a raise of 375,000. Scotty Nguyen took a deep breath and moved all in for 1,875,000. Elson went into the tank as he asked Nguyen to count out his chips. The rowdy spectators on the rail began to shout and scream. Most of them were rooting for Nguyen. "Come on, Scotty!" one railbird yelled."Go get them Scotty!" another screamed."I'm the comeback kid," Nguyen said.Nguyen stood up as Elson pondered the call."All In drink made me do it," Nguyen joked as he took a big sip off of the energy drink for the ESPN cameras.Elson counted his chips a couple of times before he called and said, "Let's party."Elson flipped over 10h 10d. Nguyen tabled As Qh. The flop was Ad Jc 8s and Nguyen took the lead. Nguyen pumped his fist and his smile grew wider. Elson just sighed as he politely asked the dealer for a ten. The turn was the 5h and the river was the 6h. Scotty Nguyen took down the pot and increased his stack to almost 3.8 million. Elson took a big hit and slipped to under 3 million. Cappy37 0
So that leaves us Scotty Nguyen, Daniel Alaei, Lee Watkinson, and Bill Edler. Would love to see a couple of these guys make the final table. Could you imagine if Scotty or Daniel Alaei won the sucker? A whole year of not really being able to make fun of the ME champion. Secretly, isn't that exactly what we don't want? psujohn 0
I think a known pro winning could actually be good for poker at this point. You can't exactly use the "why do we see the same faces at the FT over and over again" argument lately.

bmtphs05 0
Alaei gone in 25th.Alaei moved all-in from late position and when the action was folded around to the button Jon Kalmar immediately announced "All-In". Alaei's As Qd was dominated by Kalmar's Ad Kh , and when the board ran out 5s 7s 4h 5c 9d Daniel Alaei's Main Event run was at an end.
joethepro 0
damn, really wanted daniel alaei to take it. but not that he's out i hope hevad khan takes it. he would be very entertaining to watch on a final table, and he became my hero when i read this:He was also the one who looked across the table on Day 5 as Humberto Brenes put his thumb up and said "all-in" with his A-K. Khan looked down and saw two aces and imitated Brenes' thumbs-up gesture as he moved all in himself. He knocked out the flamboyant Brenes (as well as his collection of sharks) on that hand. CrAcKeDaCeS 0
Took Lee Watkinson pretty high up in previous years FCP fantasy WSOP pools....glad to see him going deep. In a perfect world, would love to see him, Edler, and Scotty Baby at the FT. C'mon pros, give me a reason to spend $20 and an entire day/night watching poker with commentary by the inimitable Phil "Roshambo" Gordon!!Edit: Scratch that, Edler just busted in 23rd....it's on Lee and Scotty Baby now.... Was really hoping he'd FT. Then the next guy i was rooting for was Alaei. A FT with Lee, Edler, Scotty, and Freeman would be worth the 20.
CrAcKeDaCeS 0
Last years FT with Allen Cunningham was definitely worth the $20...he's a player in a different class. I'll probably drop the dough if either Lee or Scotty make it there.

sdc12303 0
Yeah really... That call Tran made with a pair of 3's on a board with 4 hearts for %90 of his stack is just sick.
