Good Draw At .01/02 Pl

Recommended Posts

Don't have the actual hand history for this hand, played it on someone elses computer that didn't have a program to get history's from ultimatebet. The 3 stack sizes that mattered were myself with around $2.50, a late position player with right around $2.00, and the SB who had me slightly covered. Table was 6 max .01/.02 PL Omaha.3 people limped preflop, SB min raised to .04, I called from the big blind with Ax,9h,8x,7h, as well as all limpers. 5 way action to the flop $0.20 in the pot.Flop comes Kh,10h,8xSB leads for the min, I raise pot. 2 folds to late position player who calls. SB reraises, probably close to pot, maybe just under. Is this a good spot to just shove in? I read the late position caller for some sort of draw since he just called and the SB mostly likely for a set to bet and reraise 2 players. With that read should I push to try and get the late position player to fold what I think is a draw? Since none of my draws are nut draws I want to take the pot heads up against what I suspect is an already made hand hopefully making any of my draws good if they hit? Or, is this a too aggressive a line to be taking?

i think it's too aggressive, in particular because you're trying to get the LP caller to lay down drawing hands, which is just too difficult in omaha, esp at micro limits...i would just fold here i think, your draws will be dead if the board pairs since you read the SB for a set, and they're dangerous draws...if you push and the LP caller plays you're probably drawing close to deadhonestly, i don't think i would have potted in the first place here, i might have made a smaller raise and allowed myself to possibly get away cheaper, if necessary

I repotted because of the min lead. So many people raise preflop then min lead because they didn't hit anything. This might or might not make a difference but it was a game on ultimate bet, which in my opinion, plays a lot tighter than games on most other sites.
