AKProdigy 0
I can't really see a rivered flush here, because there really isn't any 2 hearts he would of called a PF raise, and a flop bet with (The best he has in either case is J-high).I think the only reasonable hands that beat you are a slowplayed set, or maybe AK. That being said, your getting 3:1 and I think he most likely turns over something like AQ-AT then anything. I call.

Lavitz 0
I'm more worried about 55 and KQ then the flush. He almost never has the flush here but pulls out KQ a lot, AK sometimes and 55 sometimes.Hate calling but it's only half pot so I think we have to call. Turn bet is too weak, like you said. Zach6668 513
lol, I'm an idiot, I didn't see that in the OP (about the turn).Ignore my previous post.
simo_8ball 0
Bet more on the turn. If he has a hand he's paying you anyway.I prefer a bet/fold line on the river of about $65.As played, it's a call.
DrawingDeadInDM 0
Standard call, methinks. But, why raise preflop?

fckthis 0
I think you're going to see alot of Ax and Kx here, moreso than a flush or house.
tskillz187 0
Standard call, methinks. But, why raise preflop?I agree with call.Probably doesn't like open limping. I mix in raise, fold, call here PF. Most heavily on raise, then call, then fold. But obv table dependent.
Merby 3
But, why raise preflop? With this hand, in this position (UTG+1) I am folding it around 70 percent of the time. If it's a passive table, sometimes I limp, but usually, if I play it, I am coming in for a raise when I play this hand from this position.
TB17 0
Nothing wrong with a raise preflop. If you like FPS, checking the turn to induce a CR is really good, and even if he gets there at least the pot is a lot smaller. I'd say I do this about 20% of the time. Basically if I get to show it down it prevents me from getting floated as much, so there is value in it even if not in this particular hand. Of course, if you can deal with the times u get sucked out on, it's not a bad play.Standard line is a bet to about..18-20 on the flop, 35-40 on the turn.
sabes99 0
i'm ok with the raise pfin a 3-handed pot, i don't like the flop bet at all, you are going to get played with way too often to make this effective...just check and hope you get a free shotbet something in the $30 range on the turnas played, you can only beat trip kings, but that hand is a pretty strong possibility, so i'm calling
whiterice714 0
all he did was cbet the flop... i'm pretty sure he was shutting down on the turn had he not stumbled into the nuts...
Merby 3
Well, in the end, I called and the villain rolled over quad kings (yikes!)Obviously, with a set of kings, he is going nowhere in this hand, but against his range, I definitely should have charged him more on the turn, perhaps get KQ or KT to lay down the hand before it fills up on the river. Ditto with the funky one pair+flush draws. The river card was as ugly as possibly, completing both the before the full house and flush draws.I had been continuation betting more than average at this table, and after the turn card, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to trap my opponent for a lot of chips. I was hoping my turn bet screamed weakness and he would go for the raise. Unfortunately, he also knew I was cont betting a lot, and decided to take me fore a ride with his set.Just a classic case of suckout/resuckout.

Lord knows I'm not opposed to raising with rags, but, I don't think those are raggy enough, for me, if that makes sense..?
Merby 3
Understood. Lord knows I'm not opposed to raising with rags, but, I don't think those are raggy enough, for me, if that makes sense..?A good point. This is a classic "trap hand".
