simo_8ball 1
I'd bet about $2.5. It should be small enough to let him call with most pairs and draws.

Merby 3
No read on SB. Check behind to induce bluff on river? If you bet out, how much?Do... Not... Check. You have the second nuts, give yourself the opportunity to win a large pot here. Start building. I like a bet around $2 here. If it's folded to that bet, then it's the unfortunate situation where nobody but you had a hand and you were never going to win a large pot here. But the SB might have picked up a flush draw, why not charge him to see the river before it bricks out and he have no interest in the hand. He may also have a 2, and is just *itching* for the check-raise.
Lavitz 0
Bet 2 bucks and if he calls and checks river then fire 1/2 or 2/3 pot again.
Craigdog 0
YOU HAVE TO BET THESE HANDS!!!!!!!!!! Put in a bet between $2 and $2.75, if he called $1.80 he might call another sizeable bet and you can make a larger bet on the river also! Get maximum value from your big hands. Too many people are focused on "trapping" with their big hands, when they should be more focused on giving themselves an opportunity to win a big pot with them. I'd bet about $2.5 or so and give him the chance to call with his draw or maybe better yet, checkraise if he has a 2. Checking behind is terrible here. If you bet and he folds, oh well, but you have to put in a bet 99% of the time.
