simo_8ball 0
Actually I'm ok with the check, because it increases the number of hands that are likely to call you on the river. If you bet the turn most underpairs will fold, but your line is far more likely to get an extra bet out of them.I can't see UTG having a draw here, so there is little to protect against. Roo6339 0
So you would bet until you got raised and then fold?
Actuary 3
So you would bet until you got raised and then fold?if he's calling down with less than an Ace on the turn and bets when you check to him on the river, more than 1/9 times, I'd be surprised. So I like River b/f or c/f better than c/c. Although in reality, I c/c a lot more than I should because I fear being 1) Raised by stupid worse hands, or 2) figure he's bluffing when I check to him. But, honestly, I don't think we catch a worse hand betting here enough to c/c; but might pick up bets from JJ/TT ?? depserately hoping...gosh..see..nothing I write makes sense. If I had not played so many bad players and "caught" so many bluffs I'd suggest c/f the river. As of now, c/c since you did not bet the turn, he'll bet a lot of hands you beat.If you do bet the turn, I'm inclined to c/f the river.
