Villain in this hand is pretty fishy. He's running around 44/6/.4 after 100 or so hands.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)UTG+1 ($51.80)MP1 ($48.75)Hero ($50)CO ($145.20)Button ($72.50)SB ($112.90)BB ($50.45)UTG ($41.95)Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Adiamond.gif, Aheart.gif. 3 folds, Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, Button calls $2, 2 folds.Flop: ($4.75) 8spade.gif, 2diamond.gif, Jspade.gif(2 players)Hero bets $3, Button raises to $6, Hero raises to $17.5, Button calls $11.50.Turn: ($39.75) 9diamond.gif(2 players)Hero? Is a shove standard? What scared me the most is this villain's minraise because of his extremely low AF. He generally called people down in pots like a normal fish and show aggression with a monster.

pushes. seems pretty standard to me. min raise could be monster, but on this board could easily be a big draw. Which, unless it was FD+GS, missed on the turn. Besides, lets face the fact you have AA on only a marginally scary board, and nearly half your stack invested.

One of the things I always note on people is what a min raise means, sometimes it means a draw sometimes it is a set sometimes it is top pair. a deuce on the river would be nice.

I'm guessing a Td or Ts is involved in this hand somewhere. Something like top pair/open ended top pair/flush draw. Go ahead and push and hope to hold.

An ace of hearts would be better. :club: The problem with this opponent is he has a huge range. J8, J9, 22, 88 are all in his range. If he has a hand like J10 or JQ then he's not in horrible shape either. Combo draws are also in his range. There are too many draws to check this if you think you're good so you have to decide whether to push or check/fold. I think I like pushing but it's close. His AF is very troubling.
