sabes99 0
i raise it on the flop, there's more than enough money in the pot to announce your power right here, if the pre-flop capper has aces and probably kings he will go off for a big number not being able to put you on a setas played, i probably play the turn and river the same, that turn is a bad one for you especially when it goes bet-raise behind
Zach6668 513
SH forum, donk.****************************The turn shouldn't scare you.The only hands that I could see going nuts like this on the flop that include a flush draw is like AcKc, AcKc, and rarely KcQc. Since the Ac hit the turn, there's almost never a flush out.If you're going to play the flop like that, I'd probably 3-bet the turn when it gets to me.Eh, I just realized the turn kills us if he has AA as well, bleh.I would still 3-bet the turn. I doubt you even get capped by AA since you would have played it like a flush draw.Bleh, that's such a bad card for our action.Maybe a bit results based, but maybe raise the flop the first time it gets to us. We don't know that the first guy will 3-bet behind our call.
martinmc 0
I think really the only hands that beat you on the turn and make any sense would be 4c 5c or AA. I think I would have rasied the turn hoping that this would represent the flush so that AA might check it down on the river and 4c5c may be scared of another flush. i would have read you as having etheir kings with the king of clubs or AK with the king of clubs. I'm still pretty sure the button had AA. but i always think everyone has aces.
CoranMoran 0
The turn doesn't freak me out.I still like my hand. But I worry that it will freak my opponents out.And the turn action could get quiet. And then a 4th club could come which would kill everything.I lead this turn.--CM
aim786 0
I lead the flop. Judging by the action pf, someone is pretty likely to have an overpair allowing to bet/3bet. If you check, you should definitely be c/3betting the flop. As played, I lead the turn as well.
CoranMoran 0
I lead the flop. Judging by the action pf, someone is pretty likely to have an overpair allowing to bet/3bet.I give BB a better hand range than Button based on the preflop action.Since Button's 3bet is often positionally influenced. And Blind's cap can only represent pure strength. Thus BB's aggression is more likely to represent the big overpair. If we believe this logic, then our relative position to BB tells us that checking the flop to trap Button in the middle gets the most bets in the pot.But yes, raising the flop after the check is certainly sound advice. No need to slowplay it any more.--CM

CoranMoran 0
you think Button folds if we lead the flop, or that BB and/or Button won't raise our lead?If we lead the flop, I highly expect BB to raise with his overpair. And I think this folds Button.By checking the flop, we encourage Button to raise BB's bet in order to knock us out. Then we can pounce with a 3bet.I think this gets the most bets in on all streets combined.Because at that point, the pot is getting big enough to encourage everyone to see showdown.--cm
