Why call on the flop and then fold on the turn? Did you think that the 7 helped him?

I'd raise the flop, but if he doesn't go away, I think i'm letting this hand go after the turn too. It was an ugly board for your pair. But he won the hand with pocket 3s? I hope you took some money off of this guy after that hand.
