I've given up on trick diets, even if they may work for a while, so I'm pretty much focusing on lifting and eating as well as possible. I've been doing weight training between 4-6 days a week, and am starting to see slight results naturally. I just added some nitric oxide supplement called "N O Shotgun" which was highly recommended to me by several friends and the guy at Vitamin Shoppe.As it pertains to this thread, the main inspiration for the new found fitness kick...Yes, I know he most likely is/was juicing, but I'm not trying to look like that... If you have a camera phone, do the same and set it as your background there too. Possibly also print out a picture or a few and place them in places you frequent in your house. fridge door. bathroom etc... update picture bimonthly. that's either every 2 weeks or every 2 months. don't you hate words like that?this idea probably won't work, but I think it sounds good.It would probably work until one of your chick friends go on your computer to look up movie times, or when the cute girl you just met wants to put her number in your phone.. or when you take said girl to your place and she just sees a bunch of pictures of your fat belly plastered all over the walls. Eating disorders are not out of the question.stop drinking.hahahaha, just kidding. start running. well, start off by walking, then start jogging, then running. not on the same day mind you, but build up your tolerance. running is by far the quickest way to lose weight. and it isn't as bad as you might think.
