Derswick 0
They are a different team when Naslund is playing well.
Amplifi3d 0
I'd hope so man. Hopefully beat St. Louis tomorrow!
WestcoastCanuck 0
That was a tough game to watch. The refs were awful.
grocery_mony 8
Not Luongos best game. St Lou got the better net minding tonight. The refs didnt cost Van the game but they sure ruined the game with all the ticky tacky shit. Bold prediction: Kessler will score 25 goals THIS year.
strategy 4
God I hate the Blues. Keep on LOSING!

The refs didnt cost Van the game but they sure ruined the game with all the ticky tacky shit. Bold prediction: Kessler will score 25 goals THIS year. That was what I was trying to say. The refs didn't cost us the game, but they made it frustrating to watch. They called it amazingly tight for the first two periods (even calling a few phantom penalties), then let everything go in the third. I'm just glad I didn't pay for tickets or a PPV pass to this game. Hopefully Mickey Mouse isn't reffing the Chicago game on Sunday.
WestcoastCanuck 0
Fun first period, the PP was only 1-4 but looked good. Hopefully we don't see as many penalties as the STL game.
Amplifi3d 0
Blackhawks putting pressure on early in the 2nd period but Luongo coming up big. Hopefully the Canucks can shut them down and pot in a goal or two.
sennin 0
Well played game. Shoulda been 3-0 but what can ya do. Luongo played amazing, definitely deserved the shutout
Amplifi3d 0
Luongo with his 2nd shutout o' the season!
Amplifi3d 0
Naslund needs 3 points I believe to break Trevor Lindens record and become Canucks all-time leading scorer!!
sennin 0
Total domination. Another solid game by our top line, Kesler and Luongo
WestcoastCanuck 0
Awesome game, very chippy and entertaining. Pronger is a certified clown.Probably the best game the Canucks played all year, although the huge PP edge certainly helped.
grocery_mony 8
Very gg for the nucks. First real test against an elite team since the turn around. Luongo/Bertuzzi trade may come close to making up for the Neely deal before Luongos through. Bertuzzi was invisible. Hasnt had a 20 goal year since 2003. Burke's signing had me shaking my head(for the money and term). Kesler is there 3rd best forward right now offensivly and there best deffinsively.
WestcoastCanuck 0
Yeah Bertuzzi was completely invisible. He didn't even control the puck long enough for the fans to boo/cheer him.
Amplifi3d 0
Luongo with his 2nd shutout in a row. CBJ next game, should be good. Kesler was amazing this game and every player in my opinion played great. Also, Pronger is a dirty player and the Ducks suck.

WestcoastCanuck 0
Vigneault was awesome in his post game press conference. He was asked if he was surprised with the amount of PPs the Canucks got. He responded by saying the Ducks should have had a penalty on every shift they played.
7s7c 0
The Ducks came out firing in the first, outplayed the Canucks keeping the puck in the offensive zone for long stretches, Luongo frustrated them. The goal by Naslund after all the Duck effort was also frustrating to have a breakdown in their own zone and then have a beautiful shot converted off the iron. The end of the game came when O'Donnell took got the hooking call on the pk to send the Canucks a 5-3. Once that happened and the frustration boiled over there was no way Anaheim was winning the game. I turned it off after that knowing the result would be in no way favorable to Anaheim. Amplifi3d 0
Bertuzzi sooo let Naslund score that goal.
Amplifi3d 0
Luongo with his 3rd consecutive shutout and NEW CANUCK CLUB RECORD!I was laughing at everyone being pissed off at Kesler because he was getting under their skin
grocery_mony 8
(insert Limp Bizkit "rollin, rollin, rollin" link)Wow what a month. This team is farther ahead at this point than I could have hoped. Sedins Naslund always look so deadly. Luongo quickly jumping up in the Hart race.P.S. What happened to Fleung? WestcoastCanuck 0
Luongo is awesome, but I am just as excited about Edler. The Canucks D is solid. Solid as rock.
