Mockerman1 0
If there's another topic on this, then I apologize. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the FCPInfo crew, especially Bob, and all of the live support for the FCP Poker room. You guys were the best, the ease with which my questions were quickly resolved by the support guys, and the fair, excellent, speedy and community-oriented way in which FCPInfo dealt with any network problems, snafus, or anything of the like which effected tournaments, table games, or any general situation with multiple players was welcomed and excellent. Thanks guys, hope all turns out well for everyone mentioned here. You were by far the best service in the online poker industry, and while it's sad in a sort of "home site" way to see FCP go, it's much worse to lose all the great customer service.I've heard that PokerStars has great service, and I'm sure they do, but in no way will it ever be able to live up to the FCP standard. Thanks!

pokerinc 0
Yeah, their support was absolutely top-notch.Bob used to drop bonuses in my account non-stop. It was like I had FCP rakeback which, when paired w/ the poor play meant thatmay days on the site were the best, plus I learned how to actually play goot from the forum. Oh, and how you could get super specific questions answered right there in the lobby quickly. Man that was awesome. All things considered it's been a very good time using this site, and it was made excellent by the support staff.
nutzbuster 7
All of the FCP crew has always been top notch and super helpful. This may have been discussed already, but what and where is everyone going to end up? Bob? Jay? Matt? etc. Where does this transition put you guys? And are any of you going to be out at any time for the WSOP at all this year?Best to all.
rog 0
It has been said many times, but I don't think it can be said too many times. Bob is one of the good guys, and I sure hope DN and/or Lee Jones read this thread. Best support in the business AINEC. We're all wondering how this affects you because you've been so good to us. sandwedge 30
The one thing that I really will miss is the player support. I always felt that Bob went above and beyond the call of duty in helping players resolve issues. Back in the on-game days, I was impressed that support was usually (if not always) available in the live chat room. The great support was the main reason I tried to continue playing on fcp after the switch. For Bob and other support staff - I know the last 7 months or so has been a trying time for you. I want to say Thank You for all of your hard work, and I hope that the switch to Pokerstars somehow works out to be a good thing for you.too lazy to retype it.
freak2304 0
".....It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right. I hope you had the tiiiiime of your life..." I definately wanna say the same as everyone else has. Especially back on the pokerroom skin when there always seemed to be one of the FCPInfo's (usually Bob) in the chat lobby right there for assistance. Well done gents, well done!
