Aa Kk Beaten On Flop - Is It Possible To Avoid ?

SB has 8c 8d (four of a kind, eights). Outcome: SB wins t3120. How can I avoid these plays ? without giving up all the profit that comes from the big PP hands?Atg Dax

Not much...but when he flat calls your flop bet, I'd start to worry. Check behind on that turn. I'd probably call a smallish by him, but you can get away from his river push with the board that is there.

it was a start of a sit&go so i had no information,but yes, the flop call did make me worrie, I was thinking he made a set, but.... couldn't bring myself to fold KK at a sit and go.
