Stuples 0
The Hand CryptologicNo Limit Holdem Ring gameBlinds: $600/$1200 Ante: $1504 playersConverterStack sizes:UTG: $12275Hero: $39165SB: $21560BB: $38000Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with 5 5 UTG raises all-in $12125, Hero ??? My ReadsUTG and SB are fairly tight considering its 4 handed.BB is LAG.I'm somewhere in between.Button only raises to 3xBB and is raising between 40% and 50% of hands. He rarely folds his BB to a 3xBB raise. My ThoughtsI would be expecting the BB to call here if I fold and I definitely expect the SB to fold. So if I am to play this hand I should therefore reraise allin because I only want to play this heads up with the shorty. But should I want to play it? I mean if I and the other two fold he wins 2400 putting him at 14600. There is also the case when I reraise all in and the BB still calls. What should I have done? I think its a fold based on the fact that the BB is very likely to call the short stack anyway and therefore the short stack could be going bye bye without me risking a chip OR UTG wins the hand and there's a bigger gap between me and the BB. Any sense of logic in there or just ramblings of a poker madman? Let me know.
simo_8ball 0
This is pretty close. I think I fold though. If you think BB will call with a wide range then you should let him. The more action there is between the other players, the higher your equity. What were the payouts for top 4? That may affect this decision a little.
AKProdigy 0
Assuming that the payout structure doesn't deviate a whole lot from most online tourneys, I'd lay it down. Your most likely either in a coin flip or way behind. Let the BB take the risk and wait for a better spot.

Basically from this point on, it's 16/80/160. There is no benefit for waiting one more space, so it's very close IMO. I still fold though. If you were in the BB this would be a call.
