fckthis 0
bet 100, fold to a raise. Expect calls from KQ, JQ probably.....and sometimes Q8
Snamuh 0
I bet about 120, folding to a raise. There are several hands you can get value out of and villain hasn't shown any real strength in the hand thus far. KQ, QJ, JJ, AT probably all make the call.
Roberts2003 0
alot of depends on the villain as usual. does he call light? does he pull the river Check Raise? whats his view of you? a question like this is more game flow and knowing your opponent rather then strategy. Verdimme 0
I'd bet the river here. Flop texture can make you get looked up light.

NoSup4U 0
general opponent, do you bet? Only hand that might not c/r the turn=KJh.I would probably play aces like he did too, although I might bet the river with them. But I'd for sure check/call the turn.Mark
fckthis 0
I guess, but few hands that beat you would play it like this, where as you beat most hands that play it this way. Definitely a thin value bet.
Acid_Knight 2
I don't think it's terribly thin to value bet here. I know that I'm apt to take this line with KK or AA as Mark said, but I'd also take it with JJ, which I think is his most likely hand.I'd bet like $100 or $120 which is a bet that I think he'd pay me with if he held JJ, which seems most likely here. I think that's the hand that we want to gauge our bet on - whatever pocket jacks would call. Obviously if he turned up with AT here, he'd probably call the bet as well, but those Jacks would be my aim.
Scott3705 0
AQ and KQ seem like the most likely hand here with jj coming behind them. I think AA bets the turn more than not but does take a C/C line some times. Bet because you have value against most of his holdings and because you might fold the same hand (might). Acid_Knight 2
Maybe bet $75 and call a raise to $250 or so.What are you smoking? When you make thin value bets, you are definitely not calling raises. The bet is made with the idea that the villain has a strong enough 2nd best hand to make the bet profitable. If he's prone to c/ring on the river for value or as a bluff, then you don't v-bet the river.

He's not raising, he's calling, and if he raises, why did he check the turn and the river?
NoSup4U 0
I agree with everyone. results aside, I think I should have bet river. I need to make thin value bets like that. He had JJ and definitely would have called me.Mark

Lavitz 0
I value bet but this is a very light value bet. There is only one weaker queen I expect a call from (KQ) because I dont think he is raising JQ UTG. AT and JJ also look you up. Nonetheless, he has done nothing to indicate you are behind. VALUETOWN.
