EDIT EDIT -- wait ... both your cards are CLUBS? Re-read and finally realized that. around $60 should stimulate action. You're going broke with this hand, since you played it. Sorry. I have a cold and I may be a little slow today.
linkwood 0
I think it depends on the PFR. Does he continuation bet like 100% of the time? If so then I go for the CRAI. If his cb tendencies are much less than 100% you can't risk give a free card. So I like the donk bet of about 40-60, hoping that someone check raises so you can get it in. Snamuh 0
Yeah. I lead for 60 and get it all-in on the flop if given the opportunity.
fckthis 0
Ok, so you lead for 60, another club hits the turn, now what do u do?Here's my reasoning behind the push.A) I have a hand that really cant improve, but can be outdrawn, so get as much money in to this pot with my hand.B) my hand looks like the dry Ac, two pair, or a baby flush. If someone has an pair +c, I probably get them calling.C) If someone has the Ac, I charge the maximum for him to draw.
Webslinger516 0
I push... there's $100 already in the pot and you've got $125. Any club on the turn kills your action and/or destroys you. If all 3 of them fold, then you've essentially doubled up anyway. All-in right now will be called by AA, AK, or KK, all of which you're crushing. You definitely can't risk checking here. So i think: All-in > betting $60 > checking.

Roberts2003 0
I agree hence my push lol. If Im deeper 60 is a good bet.why werent you deeper? having 75BB and and calling off 12.5BB preflop with 9 10 clubs just seems like gambling to me. to make this call, i feel you should have at least 100BB, if not more. You need deep stacks to maximize value on suited connectors. You need to make hands and win huge pots with them.

It was a gamble. Not going to argue my preflop action. Not exactly optimal.

Webslinger516 0
Villian hummed and hawed and finally made the call with JJclollll What was his reasoning?? "Maybe I can catch one of the 7 clubs left and my J high flush will be good" "Maybe he's making a move here with just an ace of clubs" ... ?
fckthis 0
lollll What was his reasoning?? "Maybe I can catch one of the 7 clubs left and my J high flush will be good" "Maybe he's making a move here with just an ace of clubs" ... ?Well we played for awhile after that, he got stuck 600, then up 50, and then the last hand he pushed 52h on a Q1085, 3 spade board and Q10 insta-called, so he was down to about 150. I asked him the same thing, he said he made a bad move, thinking that if he was behind, his clubs were good. I guess he put me on the dry Ac?
