Coyote18 0 Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 While I understand the logistical problems of moving bonus money over, it is frustrating.The majority of the bonus money was given as a benefit of staying with FCP through the latest transition. That said, I don't think anyone would question that the transition did not go well and the new site never got near what was promised originally. Although personally, I have cleared quite alot of my bonus, I would have cleared alot more if the room was always filled with games and tournaments were more available (or at least more full).I feel that the loyalty that myself and others had was rewarded with a bonus and then taken away.I love PokerStars, I play there already, however the lack of even a portion of the bonus money transferring is extremely disappointing. bigslick7878 0 Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 The only thing I dont like about PS is that when players are all in,they dont show what everyone has until the river card is dealt!!I know it may be a minor issue but it seriously annoys me to no end!!Why do they do that?? Its not like if you are in a casino or anywhere else for that matter that you hide the cards until the river is dealt,you show the cards when you are all in and THEN you see the flop/turn/river or whatever.Please fix this PS!!!! Do we get their first deposit bonus at least? I think this is something that should be answered before this transfer takes place. You're join date is about 7 months ago. I understand being nostalgic about old ways during times of change, but with all due respect, it appears you haven't been here since the old days. FCP was originally just an online community lead by DN himself with no associated casino. Poker Mountain came along without any integration with the FCP site or name, failed to take off, and went the way of the dodo. FCP with Ongame game next. It seemed pretty successful in spite of serious software flaws. Since the switch to DGN, it's been pretty much crippled. I like the upcoming change. I see it as a return to the old ways. It means I can be more involved in FCP private tourneys and events without leaving part of my bankroll on what is for all intents and purposes, a dead poker site.Bob and DN, and whoever else is in a position of authority. I think the bonus thing is a mistake. I don't have any bonus pending, so I am not a stakeholder, but I know a bad deal when I see one. I think you should get a better deal for your use base. DN is known as a person who is always willing to do the right thing. The right thing is ensuring that FCPs commitments to it's players are honored in the transition. If PS didn't have any kind of bonus program, then I could understand this decision, but they do, and you should have negotiated some kind of conversion from FCP bonus to PS bonus. I have never made a deposit here either since I have kept the bulk of my money with FCP over this painful DGN fun. I'm not too concerned about my bonus money I am losing from DGN (even though it was stated that there was NO expiry date to this bonus). I just do not like the idea of being messed with the second time if PokerStars does offer a first time deposit bonus.In the same breath, thank FCPINFO for all your hard work.
