pokerplayer24 0
26th in the 1k sunday mill. Paid 6.7k. For some reason I was somewhat content with the finish while most times in the past I would have been devastated. With cash games I ended up 8k on the day so one of my better days in a while. CobaltBlue 662
Another final table...2nd this time. Little disappointed cause I should've beaten the guy. Anyway, that finally got me back into the black for the month. Hard to imagine that I've potentially avoided a losing month after being down so long. I actually don't feel like I've been that "lucky" per se...everything just seems to be clicking. My favorite hand of the tournament...I had Q3 in the BB and ended up correctly calling a river bet on a board of AK232. timwakefield 68
After a relatively terrible week last week I'm doing a little better. I came 30th in the 55k gtd a couple nights ago (ugh), and have had a few other cashes to keep me evenish. Played 5/10 horse again last night and was down 20bb, then up 10, then finished even. Also won two sunday million seats (~375t profit).
Royal_Tour 0
Also won two sunday million seats (~375t profit).let me use one to play, and i'll go 70/30 with you on the winnings.
timwakefield 68
let me use one to play, and i'll go 70/30 with you on the winnings.I can't quite tell what you're proposing. Be more specific, and also I thought you were a cash game player.edit:I should also add that I'm really not rolled to stake anybody, and I just use all the t$ for tourneys. But if you're offering some ultra-sweet deal, then who knows. So I very nearly met my goal of winning an mtt in June just now, went into a $15 mtt HU with a 2-1 chiplead and quickly doubled my opponent up (he had aces wtf), and then later he flopped the stone cold nuts and I lost. +$1600ish for 2nd. Hopefully people will come through like they said they would.I am basically cash broke right now but I have about 10k owed to me. Now it is just a matter of collecting before I can go.... Jordan 1
You are like the Michael Jordan of poker... how many times have you "retired"?i quit once a while ago, when i had no br management and needed to work and get some cash flow. that was the last time i had a job.worked in restaurant for like 3 months then put $50 online again and havn't looked back. or maybe it was $200? regardless...i took 6 months off recently. didn't quit..just didn't play...then this last thing, idk...was diff.. but oh well...i'm still not playing for a living..unless you count paying for all of your bills with poker...that.hah- Jordan
