  1. No I was in seat position 5, the early limpers folded to my raise, but the callers were in seat 7 and 8.
  2. At what point would you have slowed down? How much would you have bet the flop? If called would you then bet the turn, if so how much? If not how much would you have been prepared to call on the turn?
  3. Playing a MTT $15 entry on pacific with about 700 players. Early on blinds 10 - 20 i think. My stack is about 1200 - started with 1500 but lost pot with pocket Js. A few limpers so I raise to 100 with AK. 3 call. Flop A - 3 - 7. I bet 200 into pot of about 320 and get one caller. Next card a 4. Pot now about 700, I put the player on AJ / AQ so bet 300. Would he / she have called raise of 100 with pocket 3s or 7s - I didnt think so. Again he calls, im now a bit worried he has either two pair or trips but now only have about 600 and am looking at pot of about 1320. I know that alot of onlin

  5. He'd just been moved to the table 2 or 3 hands previously, so we had absolutely no knowledge of each other.
  6. In a NL tournament folded round to you on the button with pocket 2s. What do you do? I was faced with the problem last night. I raised 3 x BB and the SB went all in. BB folded as did I. SB then showed me his 5-2 off and told me not to steal!
  7. I was in a 40 runner re-buy tournament last night. The re-buy period was over and there were about 20 players left.At this stage blinds were 400 / 800 and the structure meant that they rose failry quickly. I was in the SB with J 10 and had about 12k in chips. I had a solid image and had shown down good hands. There was one limper (player x) in seat 6. He was a solid player who I'd played with a couple of times and only really seemed to play paint and pairs. He was a good player who I'm made the final table with the previous week. He had about 14k. We were among the chip leaders at the table. I
  8. Thanks for the help. I won 3/14 if you're interested one AK and two KJ. It doesn't bother me too much I just want to make sure I'm doing the right things in the long-run and things should come good, so 30-35% win rate is usual you say. Thanks again - and yes I'm a guy.
  9. I was playing last night low limit hold'em and played the following hands over the course of an hour or so. In the majority cases I was the aggressor i.e. raiser and did'nt call raises with any marginal hands listed below.QQ, AK, AJ, A10, QQ, AK, KK, A10, KJ, KQ, KJ, A9s, AJ, KJ.In each case there was usually 3-4 callers as is the nature of low limit hold'em. What % of these hands would you expect to win the pot with? If anyone can guess out of the 14 hands I'll give them a prize! ha ha. I know that this sample is so small its almost irrelevant but as a guide for the future what proportion of
  10. I don't understand who plays this game. It would be idiotic for a billionaire tourist to sit down in such a game as they're throwing their money away but do they still? Also, Daniel im suprised top pros would sit down with the likes of yourself, Ivey, Chip, Doyle, Barry etc. Where are the fish?! With all respect if the top pros such as the ones's i've mentioned sit down together their level of skill is similar so are you not just passing money around to each other over the long run?
