Beerfly replied to speedz99's topic in General Poker Forum
Uh oh. Somebody left the gate open and those terrible "under 2000 post" poeple got in.....Somebody must pay for not guarding the community!!There are a lot of us who have been around for a long time that just haven't posted a lot or only decided to start posting recently. I really wish people would be more welcoming around here. -

More important than the prizes is knowing where the tourney will be held. Will it be moving over to FCP tonight? Should I PM DNA to find out?? -

There are two hardrock cafe's in TO, the one the party is at is on Younge Street, not in Rogers Centre.ugh, Toronto has two Hard Rocks? Thats so unnecessary, I'd rather have two prisons in my town. Where on Yonge Street is it? Lotta touristy junk near Hockey Hall of Fame, is it near there? If you don't like Toronto you always have the option of staying the hell away from it.Also, let me know where you are. I have an uncle who works for CSC that could make that prison you're looking for a reality.

We're pretty nice to people who bring something intelligent to the table.I have seen that on the odd occaison.....Not often, but sometimes.

you have a total of 11 posts, you dont deserve any benefitsIf intelligent, thought-out, and useful posts were the criteria there would be a lot of people with 11 posts.I've been a member for a while and I choose to only post from time to time. It doesn't lessen my membership. I'm not sure why the "veterans" are getting all worked up about it. Obviously DN wants to bring in new people. You should welcome them.

We can't bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell 'em stories that don't go anywhere - like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. Give me five bees for a quarter, you'd say

You got that right. I guess that's where the "Full Contact" part comes in.

I hope that he is getting the advice that he seemed to be asking for. Albeit laced with a heavy dose of insulance and sarcasm.

I still cant get all of those SNAPS out of my head. You hit the right part of the strip at the right part of night and its like hearing someone let off a round of firecrackers, SNAP SNAP SNAP SNAP!!!!LOL - and the girls never look like the one on the coverI learned a great trick for those things a couple of years ago and actually tried it. Goes like this:Carry a Sharpie or pen with you while you walk the strip. Works better if you're wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses. When they pass you the flyer, take out your Sharpie and autograph the flyer, then pass it back to them. Eventually somebo

i think it's a bold statement that he's married, since most people would probably receive a lot of flak by wearing such a gay shirt.obviously you havent been to every bar/club in a year.people (sorry i mean straight guys) have been sporting pink like its the new black. Its not longer associated with a homosexual stereotype. But I thought orange was the new pink?See....I thought that Shakira or Ashlee Simpson was the new Pink.

It's a great marketing idea. He had one on when I met him a few weeks ago. Daniel....did you have the logo on your suit/tux when you got married too?:? .....lol
