I would say that football (not soccer) is by far the most popular sport at all levels.Now if you're talking about participation (as to how many people play). I would say that soccer is big among kids (when you count boys and girls), and basketball is big among teens and adults.I have no statistics to bak this up though.I always thought baseball was more popular than basketball. It seems that i've been living in a dream world. :-)

Well I saw the Australian Olympic Team get beat by the US amateurs by the slaughter rule so I think we've got the Land Down Under covered...Don't worry mate.
